Mrs. Tamara has been contemplating opening her own laundry service for several years.
"I first learned about Bright World in a newspaper. Later, I met you at the HoReCa fair in Opatija. Your team presented me with the initial offer, but at that time, there were some circumstances that prevented me from taking the first step," she recalled.
